Welcome Race Fans!

We went to the stock car races tonight. Brennan LOVED it! He loves racing of any kind and if he wouldn't have been sitting in bleachers he would have been running around "racing":)

Brennan was sitting in the bleachers saying "Go! Go! Go!" You could tell he just wanted to jump out of his seat and run around:)

We went with our friends, Justin and Julie and their son Gannon. The boys had a great time! Unfortunately his older brother had to stay home because he was sick:(

Enjoying capri suns on the way...

These races are quite dirty and loud (hence the earphones). Plus, it started to rain. Overall it was a good time, but I told Brennan that if he wanted to go again, he would be going with just daddy:)

High School Graduation!

My little sister graduated from high school this weekend. I am so proud of her! She graduated a semester early and has already finished her first semester of college and she graduated cum laude!

She got a celebratory kiss from Brennan:)

I have so many things I want to post about and not enough time!!! I have been working extra since Casey is on summer break and my house has been neglected. My computer room is about ready to be eligible for an episode on Hoarders!

Well, here is one thing I wanted to add since I just posted about our recent Cardinal game, Brennan's previous Cardinals games. This is the first game he went to with me and my best friend Kate and her little guy Brody. Brody was about 6 months old and Brennan was 11 months. I wish we would have known about the play area then because we carried these guys around the whole time in our carriers!

Brennan's first time meeting Fredbird.

Here is the second time he went when he was almost 2 with Casey and I, we pretty much played in the play area the whole time and met with Fredbird again:)

St Louis Cardinals!

Last night we took Brennan to the Cardinal Game. He was SO excited!! Brennan has been twice before, but both times he was too young to really know what was going on.

We actually got the tickets for my mother-in-laws birthday.

I think she had a good time:)

We were on a mission to find Fredbird and we did:)

Kisses-so sweet:)

Bring silly!

Lou Brock was being escorted out in a golf cart through the stadium as we were walking through the huge crowd of people leaving. Casey noticed him and bumped fists with him. Casey was thrilled! I don't think anyone else even recognized him! We didn't get a chance to officially meet him because he was on the move in the golf cart and we were stuck in the crowd, but we saw him again outside and I got some pictures-I felt like the paparazzi!

Lou Brock is a baseball legend and played for the Cardinals for many years. I had to google him to be sure I had my facts straight and I discovered he has the same birthday as Brennan:)

We ended up having exceptionally good seats that we really weren't even expecting.

Brennan wanted to play in the kids area the whole time. He had a lot of fun in there. This was at the end-you can tell he is pooped!

Casey and I have hit a milestone anniversary this year. Five years ago today we were married and had the perfect wedding!

It really was a lot of fun and everything I hoped for!

A night out...January/2008

We have had a very eventful life together so far, remodeling a house, having a preemie, building a house, schooling, the birth and death of our girls, but no matter what it is our story and our life together and we share it all. I'm proud to be married to such a wonderful guy. He makes me laugh, he is there for me when I need him and he is the best dad I could ask for for my children.
